Whether you’re trying to conceive or interested in birth control in the form pills, IUD, implants, or sterilization, our family planning services will answer all your questions.
Pregnancy
Dr. Stewart and the Harmony Staff provide excellent, comprehensive patient care from the time of pregnancy through the delivery and continue to provide postnatal care to ensure the health of the patient and newborn(s). (No services provided to newborns.)
Gynecologic Surgery
In the event that you’re in need of obstetric or gynecologic surgery, Dr. Stewart performs a comprehensive array of surgeries and procedures.
Menopause
Menopause is the period in a woman’s life - typically between 45 and 50yrs of age - when menstruation ceases to occur. We offer non-hormonal and hormonal services (including BioTE) to help control menopausal symptoms.

BioTE
BioTE hormone pellets are the nature of science with extraordinary benefits!
What is BioTE?
Balanced hormones are necessary for good health and disease prevention for both women and men with age. BioTE optimizes hormone levels with tiny pellets just under the skin. These pellets release all-natural, bio-identical estrogen and testosterone and are absorbed consistently into the body as needed

Fees & Guidelines
It is the policy of Harmony Women’s Healthcare to charge for the completion of medical forms, medical leave forms, disability forms, and copying of medical records. Please review the policy guidelines below as well as the fees associated with the completion of these forms:
Medical forms, medical leave forms, disability forms, and copying of medical records will be completed on average within 7-10 business days upon our office receiving the form. Please be advised that your physician will not manipulate disability dates. Your treating physician must sign off on all medical record releases prior to the release of the records.
Please allow plenty of time for the completion of the forms. Emergencies will be handled on a case by case basis.
There will be a $20 fee for initial completion forms. If additional paperwork is required, an additional charge of $20 may be required.
The fee for medical records copying is $1 for the first page and $.50 for each subsequent page.
Payment is due upon the completion of the forms once they are are picked up, mailed, or faxed.
